Diddy has a new project that he plans to unveil this May: his six-pack abs.
"There will be a no-shirt policy in my house. I'll be going to awards shows shirtless," The Huffington Post reports Diddy said. He made the announcement during a press conference Wednesday, discussing his partnership with actor Mark Wahlberg on AQUAhydrate, a fitness water brand that reflects Diddy's new focus on health and wellness.
The music mogul, who for years has been a force behind Ciroc vodka, says, "There comes a point in your life when you decide to have more balance... Me, as an extremist, that happened two years ago. And this is a part of my overall transformation -- mentally and physically. Caring about what you put in your body and balancing things out."
Growing up in Harlem, Diddy says he was a "Kool-Aid kid." Looking back, he says, "I never drank water. That’s why I have so much flavor." But sugary drinks are out of the picture for Diddy, who will work with Wahlberg and AQUAhydrate CEO John Cochran to spread the word about their sports water.
