LaTangela Sherman has been a prominent radio voice for over 28 years, serving as an On-Air Personality, Production Director, and Assistant Program Director with Cumulus Media. She began her career as a teen host on WEMX and has remained dedicated to using her platform to uplift the community through communication, connection, and service

Her work has earned multiple honors, including Personality of the Year (Women in Media and LAB), the LAB Lagniappe Award, Chevy/Essence’s Voice of Tomorrow, Ambassador of the Year from the American Heart/American Stroke Association, and four LAB Podcast of the Year awards. She also leads Cumulus Media’s Be a Leader Program, holding the top conversion record across nearly 90 markets.

She is the founder of Tan Tune Productions, where she mentors aspiring broadcasters through workshops and hands-on experience. A multifaceted creative, LaTangela is also a singer, songwriter, and author, with releases including her album LaTangela Dot Com and her book P.O.O.F. (Power Over Obstacles Forever).
